Pirates Lookout is located in Fairlight, East Sussex between Hastings and Rye, next to the Hastings Country Park, just two hours from London, Dover and Gatwick airport.

The property has two floors with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The en-suite master bedroom is on the first floor with a luxury roll top deep soaking bath as well as a walk in shower. There is an open plan kitchen with a dining room. The cosy sitting room faces the courtyard. The two balconies on the first floor offer far reaching sea and stunning country views. To the rear there is a private garden, which can be accessed from the front garden. The property is fenced providing a secure space for children and pets. There is a private gated area at the front for parking for one car.

The cottage has fibre optic broadband, private intercom to front gate and widescreen TVs in each bedroom and the sitting room. The kitchen facilities include a bean to cup coffee machine, fast boiling kettle and temperature selection, food processor, an American fridge freezer, gas hob with wok burner, micro wave with steam and grill function, juice extractor, rice cooker, meat slicer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a Green Egg clay oven on the decking area for charcoal BBQ roast or grill. Please note, all cooking utensils are supplied however we ask that you please bring your own charcoal.

Guests have shared use of a private tennis court with basketball and badminton nets and markings, a petanque/boule court and  table tennis. The property is set in 14 acres of fields with farm animals.

Maximum occupancy for the cottage is four guests and a baby under four years old and well behaved pets are welcome.
