If cancellation is due to government legislation, 100% of the deposit will be refund regardless of the period before arrival date.

Tinkerbell's Lantern is situated near the coastal country park of East Sussex, between the historic town of Rye and Hastings.

There are beautiful views from the cottage across the countryside towards the sea.

It is a tranquil and secluded cabin set within fourteen acres of private meadows and woodland, ideal for couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of their city lives.

Tinkerbell's Lantern has one bedroom, one dining room and a lounge with an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen.

There is a double bed in the bedroom, a hair dryer is available.

There is an additional double bed leading into the lounge which can be folded away easily onto the wall unit, allowing two more guests to stay.

The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine , tumble dryer, machine,cafetiere,microwave and induction hob oven, refrigerator and freezer.Instant boiling hot water is also on tap.

Tinkerbell's Lantern is ideal for a family with two young children.The bathroom features a deep roll top, cast iron bath with overhead shower facility.

There is private balcony with garden furniture and a small clay oven & BBQ .Please bring your own charcoal if you  wish to use the BBQ.

There is a private car park adjacent to the garden with space for one car.

Guests can make use of the private tennis court which also has markings for Basketball and Badminton nets . There is also a Pentanque /Boules court and Table Tennis. Tennis &table tennis rackets and balls are not provided.

No refund for cancellation made less than 14 days before check-in date.

Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

10% discount on 7 nights bookings and 20% discount on 28 days or more bookings. please contact us for longer lets.
